New Customers

To be able to buy from this site you do not need to register as a customer.  However being a registered customer does have its advantages. It will be easier and quicker when you return to purchase and you will be able to see your shopping history to make sure you get the same fabulous colours you did last time.

Placing an Order

Placing an order with us is safe, straight forward and simple via our secure gateway. We accept all major credit cards and payment cards. All payment processing is done via a safe and secure payment gateway.

United Kingdom Deliveries

All orders received before 14:00 will be dispatched on the same working day. All orders that are dispatched are expected to be delivered before 16:00 the next working day. A signature upon delivery will be required.

Deliveries outside the United Kingdom

The delivery time to  specific countries may vary and is always subject to custom clearance of the specific country. On average the delivery time is between 2 and 7 days.A signature upon delivery will be required.

Orders received before 12:30 pm United Kingdom local time on a working day will be dispatched the same day. Orders received after 12:30 pm United Kingdom local time will be dispatched the following working day.

All orders can be tracked with the couriers. If in the unlikelihood of your delivery not getting to you on time you can contact ourcustomer care service to follow up the delivery.


Return of goods

We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. Should you wish to return anything bought from us, we will be happy to refund a product, provided (in the case of any non-defective products) it is in fully resaleable condition and has not been opened. Returns should be made within seven days and in original, undamaged packaging.
